Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are intended to specify the terms and conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters for using the services provided by SeAH Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") through the SeAH Group internet site (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").

Article 1 Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") are intended to define the terms and conditions of use, procedures, and other necessary matters regarding the services provided by SeAH CSS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") through the SeAH CSS website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
Article 2 Effectiveness and Modification of Terms
(1) These Terms take effect when publicly disclosed online on the Website (www.seah.co.kr), and may be amended within the scope not violating relevant laws such as the "Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Act," the "Regulation of Terms Act," the "Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions," the "Electronic Financial Transactions Act," the "Electronic Signature Act," the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection," the "Door-to-Door Sales Act," and the "Basic Consumer Act." Any amended Terms will take effect when announced online, and any amendments affecting customers' rights or obligations will be notified in advance.
(2) Agreeing to these Terms means that customers consent to regularly visit the Website to check for changes to the Terms. The Company is not responsible for any customer harm resulting from the customer's failure to be aware of changes to the Terms.
Article 3 Supplementary Rules
(1) These Terms apply along with the individual service guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "Service Guidelines") provided by the Company for each service.
(2) Any matters not specified in these Terms will be governed by relevant laws and the intent of the Service Guidelines.
Article 4 Definition of Terms
(1) The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.
a. "Customer" refers to a user who accesses the Website and uses the services provided by the Website in accordance with these Terms.
b. "Device" refers to the personal computer, modem, or other equipment installed by the customer to use the services provided by the Company.
(2) The definitions of terms used in these Terms, unless otherwise specified in paragraph 1, will follow the definitions provided by relevant laws and the Service Guidelines.

Article 5 Formation of the Service Agreement
The service agreement is established when the customer applies for membership by filling out the membership form provided by the Website, indicating their agreement to these Terms, and the Company accepts the customer's applicatio.
Article 6 Privacy Protection and Use
The Company strives to protect the customer's personal information, including registration details, in accordance with applicable laws. The protection and use of customer personal information will be governed by relevant laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy. However, the Company’s Privacy Policy does not apply to websites linked from the official site of the Company. Additionally, the Company assumes no responsibility for information exposed due to the customer's fault.
Article 7 Withdrawal and Loss of Membership
(1) The customer can request to withdraw from membership at any time on the Website, and the Company will process the membership withdrawal immediately upon the customer's request.
(2) If the customer is found to have committed any of the following actions, the Company may restrict or suspend the customer's membership.
a. Providing false information during the application process.
b. Engaging in actions that violate the law, these Terms, or public order and morals while using the Website.
c. Disrupting other customers' use of the Website.

Article 8 Obligations of the Company
(1) The Company shall ensure that the service is available on the service commencement date requested by the customer, unless there are special circumstances.
(2) In the event of any equipment failure or loss, the Company shall repair or restore it without delay, unless there are unavoidable circumstances, in order to ensure continuous and stable service.
(3) The Company shall establish a security system to protect personal information and shall disclose and comply with the privacy policy.
(4) The Company shall promptly address any issues or complaints raised by customers, if deemed objectively justified, through appropriate procedures. If immediate resolution is not possible, the Company shall inform the customer of the reasons and the timeline for resolution.

Article 9 Service Usage Time
(1) The service will generally operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special technical or operational issues. However, the company may temporarily suspend the service for scheduled maintenance, expansion, or replacement. Any planned service interruptions will be notified in advance on the website.
(2) Despite the above, the company may temporarily suspend the service without prior notice due to urgent system maintenance, expansion, or replacement. In such cases, the company may completely discontinue the current service for reasons it deems appropriate, such as replacing it with a new service. The reasons and duration of such interruptions will be notified to customers before or after the event.
(3) In case of national emergencies, power outages, service facility failures, or excessive service use that makes it impossible to provide normal services, the company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service. The reasons and duration will be notified to customers before or after the event.
(4) In cases of service interruption caused by reasons beyond the company's control (such as system administrator’s unintentional errors, disk failure, or system downtime), the company will not be able to notify customers in advance. For interruptions caused by third parties (e.g., PC communication providers, telecommunication operators), no separate notification will be provided.
(5) The company may divide services into specific categories and assign separate usage times for each category. In such cases, the details will be notified in advance.
Article 10 Post Management
The company may delete, move, or refuse to register posts or materials without prior notice in the following cases
- If the content violates public order or good morals, or if it is linked to such content
- If the content promotes illegal copying or hacking
- If the content is an advertisement for commercial purposes
- If the content is objectively recognized as related to criminal activity
- If the content infringes on the rights of other customers or third parties, including copyrights
- If the content violates the company's posting guidelines or is not relevant to the board’s purpose
- If the content violates any relevant laws
Article 11 Copyright on Posts
(1) The copyright of posts submitted by customers on the service page belongs to the customer who posted them. The company will not use the posts commercially without the consent of the poster. However, the company retains the right to display the posts within the service for non-commercial purposes.
(2) Customers may not alter, sell, or use service content commercially without the prior consent of the company.
(3) The company may delete, move, or refuse to register posts that it determines violate any of the conditions in Article 10, without prior notice
Article 12 Information Provision
(1) The company may provide customers with information necessary for service usage via email, postal mail, or other methods as deemed appropriate.
(2) For service improvements or promotions, the company may request additional personal information from customers with their consent, in accordance with the privacy policy.
Article 13 Advertising and Transactions with Advertisers
(1) Part of the revenue for providing the service is derived from advertisements. Customers agree to the display of advertisements while using the service.
(2) The company is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred from participating in promotional activities or transactions with advertisers, whether through advertisements displayed on the service or through the service itself.

Article 14 Compensation for Damages
The company is not liable for any damages incurred by customers related to the use of services provided for free on the website, except as otherwise specified in the Privacy Policy.
Article 15 Exemption Clauses
(1) The company is not liable for any failure to provide services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or other equivalent circumstances.
(2) The company is not liable for damages caused by the interruption or failure of telecommunication services provided by telecommunications service providers.
(3) The company is not liable for damages resulting from maintenance, replacement, regular inspections, construction, or other unavoidable reasons related to service facilities.
(4) The company is not liable for any disruptions or damages to service usage caused by the customer’s fault.
(5) The company is not liable for damages resulting from a customer’s computer error or from incorrect personal information or email addresses provided by the customer.
(6) The company is not responsible for any failure to gain or loss of expected profits resulting from the use of the service.
(7) The company is not responsible for damages arising from data acquired during the use of the service. Additionally, the company is not liable for mental distress caused by other customers while using the service.
(8) The company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or content of any information, data, or facts posted by customers on the service.
(9) The company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between customers or between customers and third parties through the service and is not liable for damages resulting from such disputes.
(10) The company is not liable for any damages related to the use of services provided free of charge to customers.
Article 16 Jurisdiction and Governing Law
(1) Matters not specified in these terms and conditions will be governed by relevant laws, such as the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and customary practices.
(2) For customers of the company’s fixed-rate services and other paid services, the terms and policies separately determined by the company apply.
(3) Disputes arising from the use of the service will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits related to these disputes will be filed in a court that has jurisdiction according to the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
