Human Rights Management Charter
SeAH complies with the laws and regulations of each country and region and supports international human rights principles and standards, including: Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises UN Convention on the Rights of the Child International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions To put these principles into practice, SeAH has established and operates a human rights management policy encompassing internal and external communication, grievance handling, and remedial procedures. This policy applies to all domestic and international business sites of SeAH, and to ensure shared understanding and organization-wide commitment, the Human Rights Management Charter is declared.
